TERMS OF USE AND REFUND POLICY

These terms govern access to and purchases from Coaching by Angelika’s Thinkific course website. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nerdy Traveling Writer LLC, offering courses through Angelika Koch.

  1. Course Access

Courses are delivered digitally through Thinkific. Your purchase provides access to the course and materials described on the product page, subject to any access period disclosed at purchase. Unless expressly included, purchasing a course does not include individual coaching, therapy, or personalized advice.

  1. Educational Purpose and Results

Our courses provide educational information about relationships, communication, attachment patterns, and personal development. They do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency services, and do not replace professional care.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including saving a relationship, changing another person’s behavior, or reconnecting with a former partner. Relationship outcomes depend on circumstances and choices beyond our control.

  1. Payments

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms are shown at checkout. Discounts must be applied before completing your purchase and are subject to the offer’s stated conditions.

  1. No-Refund Policy

All course and digital-material purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, nonuse, or dissatisfaction with relationship outcomes.

This policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights, remedies for defective or undelivered content, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about access problems, duplicate charges, or billing errors so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

  1. Personal Use and Intellectual Property

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the course for your own personal, noncommercial learning. You may download materials expressly made available for download.

You may not share account access, redistribute or resell course materials, publicly post lessons or worksheets, or reproduce the content for commercial use without written permission, except as permitted by law.

  1. Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the platform unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or harass other users. We may restrict access for material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

  1. Availability

Internet access and a compatible device are your responsibility. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance or technical issues. Contact us if you cannot access purchased content.

  1. Consumer Rights and Changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
